Learn how to adopt new habits to create a healthier lifestyle. This six week class is designed to help simplify the process of getting to a healthier you in 2018. Topics will include: Goal setting/accountability; tools/resources; orientation to equipment/machines; nutrition/diet; group exercise orientation and a grocery store tour.
