HOW IT WORKS

Participants of the Community Health Challenge work in small groups for eight weeks to maximize results. Two days a week, the group will participate in a high-intensity interval training series. Participants will receive trainer support, levels of accountability, celebration gear and results!

The Challenge is being held at Harlem High School. Assessments will start the week of January 2nd and the Challenge begins January 10th. It will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:15 am to 6 am.
