HEALTHY LIVING 101
MONDAYS AT I.D. PENNOCK AT 12:00 PM BEGINNING 3/5/18
Our initial launch of this program was well received so we’re doing it again! In this six-week series, we help simplify the process of getting to a healthier you in 2018. We’ll cover goal setting and accountability, provide some great tools and resources, give you an orientation to our cardio and weight rooms, discuss nutrition and meal prep, go on a grocery store visit and more. Register at the Member Services Desk.

Come out and try our group exercise classes presented in half hour formats so that you can sample a variety of classes all morning! Schedules will be posted on our app and website soon. FREE TO MEMBERS!
PERSONAL TRAINING SPECIAL- 3 FOR $99
Personal training can be a great tool to help you reach your fitness goals. In addition to an accountability factor, a trainer knows how to apply his/her knowledge to your specific needs to help you achieve success. This special rate is a savings of $22/hr over the single hourly rate and provides you with six half hour sessions. Limit of three packages per member.
CHALLENGE YOURSELF CALENDAR
Stop by the Member Services or Wellness Desks and sign up to “Challenge Yourself” and pick up OUR Challenge Calendar. Choose from beginner and intermediate levels and decide how many exercises you want to challenge yourself to do each day, from one to four, or do all of them for a total body challenge. Then, check in with our Facebook group to let us know how you’ve done each day. This group will support, encourage, motivate and inspire each other and provide that all-important accountability factor.
