Children ages 10-12 may use cardio equipment (except stair mills) only under direct supervision of parent/guardian and upon completion of a youth orientation.

Children 13-15 may use cardio equipment (except stair mills) and pin-selected weight machines upon completion of a youth orientation.

Ages 16+ have full access to all equipment. An equipment orientation is encouraged but not required.
