Family School Resources

We know this school year is creating many challenges for families. Whether you're choosing in-person learning or e-learning, the Y is here to support your family.

The Y is providing before and after school care at select Rockford Public Schools, Harlem schools and Pecatonica.

During Kids' Time, children participate in fun and educational activities that help them achieve their goals, make new friends, and belong. We will provide small groups that focus on social distancing and safety.

**RPS students: We are planning on after school care at an off-site location for Wednesdays. More information coming soon. Register

Kids' Time Remote Learning Wednesdays is for Rockford Pubic School students. It will run from the time students arrive at our YMCA facilities until 5:30pm. RPS transportation has agreed to bus students to the following YMCA facilities:

Northeast Family YMCA: Brookview, Maria Montessori, and Spring Creek
SwedishAmerican Riverfront YMCA: Bloom, Carlson, Froberg, Johnson, Rolling Green, Thurgood Marshall, and Whitehead.
