The Y's Fun Fit for Youth & Teens fitness classes expose youth and teens to a variety of body weight training and cardio endurance workouts in a format that is non-intimidating and easy to follow.

This program will expose youth and teens to a variety of body weight training and cardio endurance workouts in a format that is non-intimidating and easy to follow. Classes are led by Coach Matt Bailey, a certified personal trainer. Registration is required. Limited to 15 participants per session. $80 for Members, $100 for Program Members. Runs Mondays and Thursdays from 5-5:45 p.m. Register for Classes
