The Y's Fun Fit for Youth & Teens fitness classes expose youth and teens to a variety of body weight training and cardio endurance workouts in a format that is non-intimidating and easy to follow.

This program will expose youth and teens to a variety of body weight training and cardio endurance workouts in a format that is non-intimidating and easy to follow. Classes are led by Coach Matt Bailey, a certified personal trainer. Registration is required. Limited to 15 participants per session. $80 for Members, $100 for Program Members. Session begins Monday, June 10th and ends Thursday August 1st. Youth ages 10-12 meet: 5:30-6:00PM Mondays/Thursdays Register for Classes
