March is Women's History Month!
We are looking forward to this set aside time to honor, commemorate and celebrate female figures within the history of the YMCA movement and community who were vital to the success and empowerment of all current and future women.
We invite you to join us for the following:
- A free brunch on International Women's Day from 9am-10am
- Wear your support by wearing purple on International Women's Day. We also have shirts available on our Swag Store
- Place a butterfly in our branches to celebrate past and female figures who were vital to the success and empowerment of you or the community
- Honor and celebrate women in your life, who have made an impact on you
- Learn more about notable accomplishments of female figures within the YMCA Movement
International Women's Day Brunch
We will be hosting a free brunch on Friday, March 8 from 9am-10am at our YMCA Log Lodge located on the SwedishAmerican Rivefront YMCA. The event is free and open to the community, but registration is required. We invite you to wear purple, the color of Women's History Month, as we celebrate together. Click
