We understand the COVID-19 pandemic has brought a lot of uncertainty, and not everyone is ready to return to our facilities due to health concerns. We are excited to share that we have adapted to keep you connected to the Y. We are launching a NEW virtual membership with access to hundreds of on-demand classes on our platform - 815 YMCA on Demand. These are classes are taught by your favorite YMCA instructors.
You'll find dance fitness classes taught by Linette, upper and lower body strength classes taught by Jodi, Holli and Lynn E, Pilates taught by Lynn C, Yoga with Tasha, active older adults and more! We just launched a 4-week workout plan that takes the guessing out of which classes to take. Simply follow along by day to get a complete workout plan for each week.
