Xtreme Hip-Hop (Step Aerobic)

We are sure you've heard of step. This version of step program is like no other! It combines Xtreme cardio, the step board, hip-hop music and lots of swag to provide participants with a fresh spin on an old concept. We are making STEP great again. Whether participants are beginners, advanced, old or young, they all want a unique but effective workout regimen. This workout will help provide a safe and fun class for people of all demographics.
Lit 'n Tone

All the toning, all the sweat, all the intensity. Work your way through all kinds of circuit workouts that will test your limits and work different parts of your body that will leave you dripping in sweat, strength and swag! Although it works your whole body, let the beat move you to the hottest tracks!
Advanced reservations are required because we are at limited capacity based on the room size. Please be mindful of others when securing spots. If you do not intend to come to class when you are registered, please let us know.
