Group Fitness

Ready, Sweat, Go! Break a sweat, chat with a friend, relax your mind, challenge your body, or reconnect and recharge! Free classes of varieties are offered every day for members.

We're taking group fitness outdoors in phase 3 of the Restore Illinois Plan. Classes are being held outdoors at the SwedishAmerican Riverfront and Northeast Family YMCA locations. We will be adding classes weekly, so check the schedule.

Advanced registration is required because we are limited to groups of 10 (9 participants and 1 instructor). Please be mindful of others when securing spots. If you do not intend to come to class when you are registered, please let us know.

Masks are not required while exercising. Please bring a water bottle and sweat towel with you. And, please use the restroom before coming to class. Restrooms are only available for emergencies.
