Classes requiring registration and fee

This class will concentrate on the “old school” style of jazz.  Participants will learn proper body alignment using isolated movements to some fun, funky sounds! Register

Prenatal aqua fitness classes offer the added beneffit of buoyancy and the feeling of weightlessness, which can be great relief during mid and late pregnancy. The water has a massaging effect on sore muscles and swollen joints, and it's a great way to work out without adding further strain on the body. You don't need to know how to swim or have to put your face in the water, but you should feel comfortable in deep water with assistance from a flotation support.
