Group Fitness

Ready, Sweat, Go! Break a sweat, chat with a friend, relax your mind, challenge your body, or reconnect and recharge! Free classes of varieties are offered every day for members.

Advanced reservations are required because we are at limited capacity based on the room size. Please be mindful of others when securing spots. If you do not intend to come to class when you are registered, please let us know.

Masks are not required while exercising, but they are required to enter the building. Please bring a water bottle and sweat towel with you.

A mix of realization, flexibility and core strengthening

This class is for our active older adults. This full-body workout builds core strength and balance. Some classes will utilize a chair for stability.

Move freely with hands and feet activating your core

Challenge your body in this continuous class. Through the use of buoys, and noodles this class will push you to a new fitness level. All levels are welcome. This cardio/strength water workout is designed around intervals.  Intervals are timed combinations of high-intensity (sprints) and low-intensity exercises that are proven to boost the after-burn effect. Improve core strength, coordination, cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, and endurance all in the low impact environment of the water. This is a great class to get you moving toward better health!

Combine Tabata plus aquatic and you get an awesome Aqua Tabata workout with high-intensity cardio that will get your heart rate up for your morning workout! Work out at your level while challenging your body.

Utilizing a group fitness barbell and focusing on specific muscle groups, Group Barbell helps build muscle, gain strength and achieve definition. 

In this challenging class, a personal trainer leads participants through a variety of intervals to keep the body guessing, which helps improve speed, agility, and strength. Register

A Pilates and yoga-inspired workout focusing on the core to help build strength, and improve balance and stability. This class utilizes a variety of tools as well as body weight to challenge the core muscles that include abdominals, back and hips. A great compliment to your strength and cardio workouts!

Dance2Fit is a fun, energetic, high-intensity aerobic dance class set to a variety of urban/hip-hop music to create a fun and athletic full body workout.

High Intensity Internal Training. Burn fat, improve endurance and build strength.

A high intensity class to increase power, speed and agility.  This class will get your heart rate up and work your whole body.  There will be hard work periods followed by active rest periods. Takes place in shallow water.

Indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music

Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. A challenging, yet safe, method to sculpt your body.

A class devoted to the glutes, hips, quads, hamstrings and calves! Using equipment such as weights, tubes and bands plus body weight, this class targets all the muscles in the lower body.

A blend of cardio and resistance training in deep water.  Using dumbbells and pool noodles to increase resistance and challenge your body.

Flowing, slow-moving movements that are a non-impact exercise

A half hour of cardio and a half hour of strength training all in one class

Join us as we use fitness to move us forward by empowering one another to be multifaceted, to make ourselves a priority, to stop playing small and to live the lives we desire. These workouts are intense, fun, and life-changing, incorporating HIIT (high intensity interval training), strength training, and dance!  You will be challenged, but you will embrace it as you step outside of your comfort zone with the Turn Up squad.

A class devoted to the back, chest, shoulders and arms. Using weights and other tools such as resistance bands and tubing, this class focuses on the upper body.
