Body Composition Assessment

Go Beyond the Scale

In less than 60 seconds, the InBody test not only examines the compositions of your body, but also reveals percentage of body fat, muscle distribution, and body weight balance; components that are key in understanding more about your body. This information can help you learn how to dial in your exercise and diet to achieve your fitness goals.

Non-Invasive, Pain-Free Testing

Safe, low-level currents are sent through the body via hand and foot electrodes. The impedance the currents encounter are measured in order to derive body composition. InBody’s patented BIA technology provides accurate and consistent outputs that are highly correlated with gold standard methods.

Track Your Progress

Taking the InBody test once will give you a snapshot of your body at that moment in time. However, taking the InBody test consistently will give you a timeline of your progress. Watch the improvements from exercise and diet, and see your hard work pay off. A trained coach will review your results to analyze your progress.
