The minimum age to attend group fitness classes is 13. Additionally for aqua fitness classes, participants under the age of 18 must take a swim test to enter the deep water area. All of our instructors are trained in teaching classes to show options to make things more or less challenging. It’s okay to leave a class early if it’s not feeling like the right fit. If you feel you joined a class you’re not quite ready for, you can reach out to our healthy living director for guidance on what might better suit you.

It’s always a great idea to speak to the instructor to get your questions answered and to get guidance on setting up for the class. Our instructors are great at making sure new participants are welcomed, shown what equipment is needed, and given an overview of the class format.
