The self-defense seminar taught by Coach Walker will focus on: physically moving away from a threat, verbal de-escalation, hands-on techniques with pads, and when absolutely necessary striking at a threat.

Retired Men’s Club Pancake Breakfast
Join the YMCA Retired Men’s Club for breakfast! They will be serving all-you-can eat pancakes as well as scrambled eggs, sausage, juice and coffee in the YMCA’s Log Lodge, located just across the parking lot from our SwedishAmerican Riverfront YMCA along the Rock River.
Tickets are only $8 and can be purchased in advance at the SAY Front Desk or at the door the day of the event.
