108 Sun Salutations – Spring Equinox
Join us in welcoming the Spring Equinox with a special event designed to honor the balance of light and darkness, and celebrate new beginnings. On this day of equal day and night, we will come together for a grounding and energizing practice of 108 Sun Salutations.
We will move through the 108 Sun Salutations with breaks for rest, breath work, and reflection, making this event accessible for all levels. Expect to leave feeling energized, connected, and ready to plant the seeds for growth in the months to come.
Spring Craft (Free Event)
Spring into the new season at our SwedishAmerican YMCA with a family-friendly event! Enjoy a craft, face painting, and a snack!

Easter Egg-Streme Egg Hunt (Free Event)
The Northeast Family YMCA will be hosting the Annual Easter Egg-streme. Take a pic with the Easter bunny, make a craft, and enjoy some quality family time.

Healthy Kids Day (Free Event)
Get Your Game On! Join us for Healthy Kids Day as we try out short sessions of a variety of different sports taught by YMCA staff and collegiate athletes from Rockford University! We will be going through basic skills for basketball, soccer, and football in a family-friendly, fun environment!

Stingrays Rookie Week

Join us for Rookie Week, a two-day immersive swim team experience! Day one will focus on skill assessments and lessons, while day two will feature a mock meet.

Women’s History Month – Yoga and Brunch (Free Event)
Join us to commemorate Women’s History Month with a special Yoga and Brunch. The event will feature a yoga session followed by a delicious brunch, where we’ll come together to reflect and celebrate women in our community and beyond. Wear something purple as a symbol of solidarity and support!
