Spirit, Mind, & Body Book Club – The Mountain Is You
This powerful book explores how self-sabotage is often rooted in unprocessed trauma, fear, and limiting beliefs and how we can transform these internal mountains into pathways to growth.
This event is free and open to ages 18 and older. Participants are asked to read the book prior to the event and bring their own copy (owned or library copy) to the event for discussion.

Summer Movie Night
Join us for an outdoor night of fun for the whole family! Enjoy a magic show, games, face painting, crafts, and a movie at sundown – there’s something for everyone. The event starts at 7PM and continues through the end of the movie. Free and open to all – no registration required. Licensing prevents us from naming the movie. See if you can guess our description.
