108 Sun Salutations – Spring Equinox
Join us in welcoming the Spring Equinox with a special event designed to honor the balance of light and darkness, and celebrate new beginnings. On this day of equal day and night, we will come together for a grounding and energizing practice of 108 Sun Salutations.
We will move through the 108 Sun Salutations with breaks for rest, breath work, and reflection, making this event accessible for all levels. Expect to leave feeling energized, connected, and ready to plant the seeds for growth in the months to come.

Healthy Kids Day (Free Event)
Get Your Game On! Join us for Healthy Kids Day as we try out short sessions of a variety of different sports taught by YMCA staff and collegiate athletes from Rockford University! We will be going through basic skills for basketball, soccer, and football in a family-friendly, fun environment!
