Crafting for the Ages March
Crafting for the Ages is a program for Active Older Adults where they can participate in a creative monthly project while learning something new. Local artists will provide members with opportunities to be creative through the use of a variety of mediums. No artistic experience is necessary – come ready to create, grow, and belong! This program is sponsored by Humana.
During our March session, Michelle Gorham will be leading participants step-by-step through how to use waterslide decals to make their own custom coasters.

Restorative Yoga – LiveStrong Fundraiser
Join Kim White, a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher and ACSM Cancer Exercise Specialist on March 15 from 10am to 11am for a LiveStrong Restorative Yoga Fundraiser at Puri Family YMCA.
Suggested $25 donation. All proceeds benefit the LIVESTRONG at the YMCA cancer survivor exercise program.
