Get Your Game On! Join us for Healthy Kids Day as we try out short sessions of a variety of different sports taught by YMCA staff and collegiate athletes from Rockford University! We will be going through basic skills for basketball, soccer, and football in a family-friendly, fun environment!

Interested in seeing what the Stingray’s swim team is all about?
Join us for Rookie Week, a two-day immersive swim team experience! Day one will focus on skill assessments and lessons, while day two will feature a mock meet.
Two sessions to choose from:
