Restorative Yoga – Livestrong Fundraiser
Join us as Kim White, a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, personal trainer, and ACSM Cancer Exercise Specialist will be teaching a Restorative Yoga session. Similar to Savasana (the final resting pose at the end of almost every yoga practice), this class involves 5 – 6 positions using blocks, bolsters and blankets. This is a meditative & passive physical practice designed to down-regulate the nervous system and leave you feeling rested, relaxed and renewed.
