With our community partner, The Alzheimer’s Association of Illinois, this series teaches caregivers how to navigate the responsibilities of caring for someone living with dementia. Caregivers may register for individual courses to meet their needs or complete the entire series.

108 Sun Salutations Winter Solstice Yoga
On this Winter Solstice, we will join yogis around the world in the practice of 108 Sun Salutations.
This day symbolically marks the transition from light to darkness and the growth of the self. As the solstice marks the start of a new season, it is also a moment to reflect and set an intention for the new year.
This two-hour special event will offer modifications to ensure the practice is suitable for every body. We will end with a gentle Yin Yoga sequence for deep stretch and restoration.
