Join us as Kim White, a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, personal trainer, and ACSM Cancer Exercise Specialist will be teaching a Restorative Yoga session. Similar to Savasana (the final resting pose at the end of almost every yoga practice), this class involves 5 – 6 positions using blocks, bolsters and blankets. This is a meditative & passive physical practice designed to down-regulate the nervous system and leave you feeling rested, relaxed and renewed. Please know that the ability to be on the floor is recommended for this class.

No Yoga experience is needed, all are welcome.

Suggested $25 donation. All proceeds benefit the LIVESTRONG at the YMCA cancer survivor exercise program.
