At the YMCA, we know that not every person is motivated by the same things. Having a supportive group of like-minded friends helps you achieve goals you never thought possible. And you can find them here! Our health initiatives programs and workshops are held throughout the year. They focus on different areas of health needs, multiple types of workouts, and nutrition. You’re not in this alone! Find your motivation at the Y!

Nutrition Counseling

Schedule a session with our registered dietician to get personalized guidance to help you make dietary choices that align with your health goals and medical needs. We will focus on factors like nutrient intake, portion control and meal planning. The initial consultation is one hour. Follow-up 30-minute visits can be scheduled as needed.

Healthy Living Workshops

Throughout the year, we offer a variety of healthy living workshops. They can be a series of events or a one-time offering, but are meant to be practical, engaging sessions designed to help you feel better in everyday life. We explore topics like nutrition, movement, stress management, and building sustainable habits. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to reset your routine, these workshops offer supportive tools and realistic strategies you can actually stick with.

Wellness360

Discover a healthier, more balanced you with Wellness360, a 10-week program designed to support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Through a holistic approach, you’ll gain the tools and support needed to thrive.

Included:

  • 20 workout sessions with a personal trainer
  • 5 Mindful Fitness sessions (mindful nutrition education, meditation, and yoga)
  • 2 InBody Assessments
  • Exercises catered to your specific needs and abilities
  • Take-home exercises and team support

JOYNT Program

Our JOYNT program offers a combination of exercise, diet, and social support to help guide members on their weight loss and joint replacement journey. This program is by doctor referral only.
