AOA Craft Day – March
Join us for a Spring Craft Day at the Northeast Y.
Create a charming reversible spring sign with Jan—two looks in one. One side features a bright, cheerful spring design, and the other offers a second seasonal option you can flip and display anytime. Participants will paint, assemble, and add simple decorative touches to personalize their sign. All supplies are provided, and you’ll leave with a finished piece ready to decorate your home or gift.

Join us for a Movie Day at the Northeast Y!
A romantic comedy-drama set in rural Ireland featuring an American boxer who returns to his birthplace to leave his violent past behind and live quietly. He falls for a spirited local woman, but clashes with her traditions-bound brother and the village’s strict social rules—especially around pride, family honor, and marriage customs.

Spirit, Mind, Body Book Club March
Join us as we read “The Geography of Genius” by Eric Weiner. This story takes readers on a witty, travelogue-style journey to explore why certain places at certain times produce an explosion of creativity. From ancient Athens to Renaissance Florence to Silicon Valley, Weiner examines the culture, people, and conditions that help “genius” thrive—and what we can borrow from those environments to spark more creativity in our own lives.

The March Mile is a fun, motivating challenge where members train all month to run their fastest mile. Timed mile events will be held all day on March 21st and March 28th, giving you the chance to test your speed, track your progress, and race the clock. Top finishers will earn a spot on the March Mile leaderboard—lace up, show up, and see how fast you can go!
