Healthy Kids Day 2026

Join us for an exciting day of baseball in partnership with Rockford University! This fun and engaging event gives young athletes ages 6-12 the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of baseball while working alongside university players and coaches.

Participants will rotate through skill stations focused on hitting, throwing, fielding, and base running, all while building teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship. Whether your child is brand new to the game or already loves baseball, this clinic provides a supportive environment to learn new skills, make friends, and experience the game at the next level.

Retired Men’s Club – Pancake Breakfast

They will be serving all-you-can eat pancakes as well as scrambled eggs, sausage, juice and coffee in the YMCA’s Log Lodge, located just across the parking lot from our SwedishAmerican Riverfront YMCA along the Rock River.
