Head of the Rock Regatta
One of the top regattas in the Midwest is back Sunday, October 12th along the beautiful Rock River. Don’t miss the Head of the Rock Regatta hosted by the YMCA of Rock River Valley Rowing Crew. Watch as collegiate, junior, and club teams from around the region compete in a 5,000-meter race that spans from Martin Park to the YMCA. The decades-old tradition continues. Join the excitement for Head of the Rock Regatta on October 12th. The event is free. Food and apparel vendors will be available on the YMCA of Rock River Valley campus.

Spirit, Mind & Body Book Club – How to Be Well: The 6 Keys to a Happy and Healthy Life by Dr. Frank Lipman
This book is a practical, empowering guide to whole-body wellness. Instead of quick fixes, Dr. Lipman lays out six essential pillars—Eat, Sleep, Move, Protect, Unwind, and Connect—that create the foundation for lifelong health.

Camp Winnebago Fall Festival
Join us at Camp Winnebago for a family-friendly, fun-filled, fall day! Admission to camp is free, and there will be a variety of games & activities for all ages! (Some no cost, some low cost.) Some of the activities include:

Hiking
Food & Beverages will also be available for purchase.
All proceeds benefit the Y’s Annual Fund which helps provide scholarships to area youth to experience the magic of Camp Winnebago, regardless of their family’s financial situation.
